TYKSLAB 
TYKSLAB is a public utility belonging to the Hospital District of Southwest Finland. Our duty is to supply information for the health care system’s needs through laboratory tests. With our partners we participate in education and research pertaining to the clinical laboratory field. The laboratories at the Hospital District of Southwest Finland’ hospitals, Turku and five other health centres are all part of us. We aim at enhancing productivity; with an open mind we examine the opportunities presented by the growth of our activities. We act as an integrated and networked laboratory and we take into consideration the different needs of our clients.We feel that we can achieve our objective through collecting the know-how of the laboratory field together. This objective is to provide the best laboratory services in the country by 2008. Our activities are based on our values, which are customer-orientedness, awareness of quality and being systematic, openness, dependability and fairness, know-how and renewal, productiveness, as well as the joy of working together.
